About CIPF
Voluntary mental health service providers within Camden and Islington have formed a partnership to more effectively influence and liaise with the new mental health trust, health authority, primary care trusts and local authorities. CIPF is made up of voluntary organizations working in the field of mental health in Camden and Islington.
CIPF Mission Statement
“CIPF, through its members, aims to support people experiencing mental health problems who live in Camden and Islington to reach their full potential.”
CIPF aims to further the contribution of VCS organisations to socially inclusive, diverse and recovery focused mental health services in the boroughs of Camden and Islington.
CIPF will achieve this through:
- Supporting the development, skills and capacity of member organisations within the voluntary and community sector to provide high quality and needs led services
- Challenging the stigma associated with mental ill health
- Facilitating communication and partnership working between its members and statutory sector organisations
